A Yoga experience like non other!

This course is designed to awaken the mind, body, and spirit through movement. The focus is on breathing, finding balance, and being present while flowing and increasing flexibility. All of this will be done through the teaching of stretching techniques, poses, and proper posture all in harmony with carefully selected music.
