Fierce Fitness


This course is designed to strengthen and tone the body with target exercise and holding poses. Elevating the heart rate and working up a good sweat is the overall goal of this course! The focus is on repetition, form, and muscle enhancement. Objects, partners, and music will be used to boost the overall work out experience and mind set of each individual participating.
