We Live Fitness and Wellness Classes are designed to help explore limits physically and mentally.
We offer courses exercising strength, flexibility, endurance and balance, creating an effective and exciting "Mind" and "Body" workout.
This course is designed to strengthen and tone the body with target exercise and holding poses.
Elevating the heart rate and working up a good sweat is the overall goal of this course! The focus is on repetition, form, and muscle enhancement.
Objects, partners, and music will be used to boost the overall work out experience and mind set of each individual participating.
Cardio Divas is a fierce dance workout and choreography class for all levels of dance.
Utilizing an array of music genres Have fun,
feel sexy, and bring out your inner diva while
learning a choreographed dance routine!
This course is designed to awaken the mind, body, and spirit through movement.
The focus is on breathing, finding balance, and being present while flowing and increasing flexibility.
All of this will be done through the teaching of stretching techniques, poses, and proper posture all in harmony with carefully selected music.
Dance Movement therapy
This class focus is to introduce movement to help individuals achieve emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration. Beneficial for both physical and mental health, dance therapy can be used for stress reduction, disease prevention, and mood management. Dance/movement therapy can be used with all individuals, couples, families, or groups. In general, dance therapy promotes self-awareness, self-esteem, and a safe space for the expression of feelings.
